Join the Genealogical Society

The Lucas County Genealogical Society was organized in April 1976 to preserve, collect and make readily available the historical and genealogical records of Lucas County, Iowa, and to help local and distant persons to research their ancestry.

Meetings: SECOND Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m in the LCGS Family History Library in the basement of Chariton Public Library unless noted otherwise.

Membership in the Lucas County Society is $10.00 per year January 1 to December 31.
